Terms and conditions
1. Introduction
Casa Alta is a space for rest, connection with nature, and tranquility. We ask all our guests to respect the environment, the silence, and the harmony of the place, so that everyone can enjoy a wellness and relaxation experience.
This document constitutes a binding agreement between Casa Alta and the guest (hereinafter referred to as "THE GUEST"), governing the provision of services and use of the property. Any reservation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Reservations and payments
A reservation is confirmed only after receiving the full payment or the stipulated deposit.
Payments can be made using the methods accepted on the platform or through an authorized bank transfer.
Casa Alta is not responsible for rejected, fraudulent payments, or transaction errors.
Any modification to the reservation requires the express approval of Casa Alta.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Penalties
According to Article 65 of Law 300 of 1996:
100% of the total reservation will be charged if you decide to cancel or reschedule 4 days or less before the arrival date.
50% of the total reservation will be charged if you decide to cancel or reschedule between 5 and 15 days before the arrival date.
Cancellations made outside of these time frames will receive a full refund, minus any bank transfer fees and/or Mercado Pago service fees if this payment method was used.
If you do not show up at the hotel or cancel on the day of check-in, no refund will be issued, and the remaining balance up to 100% of the reservation will be charged to your credit card.
The hotel has a maximum guest capacity, so please do not arrive with additional persons beyond those indicated in the reservation.
We only accept children over 4 years old. Please do not bring children younger than this; if this occurs, the reservation will be canceled without any refund, and the remaining value of the stay will be charged.
The hotel may not be used as a location for commercial photography. For such use, prior authorization and a quote must be requested by email at: casaaltarbh@gmail.com.
4. Check-in / Check-out and occupancy
Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm
Check-out: before 12:00 pm
It is prohibited to accommodate additional unregistered persons.
Parties, events, or activities that disturb neighbors or other guests are not allowed.
To ensure the rest and comfort of all guests, please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
5. Use of the Property and Responsibility
Guests agree to use the hotel’s facilities and spaces responsibly and respectfully.
Casa Alta is a private and exclusive space for registered guests.
Guests agree to use all facilities at their own risk.
Casa Alta is not responsible for accidents, injuries, loss, or theft of personal belongings during the stay, except in cases of proven negligence by the establishment.

Casa Alta is located in a natural and rural setting. Guests understand that during their stay they may encounter conditions typical of this environment, such as the presence of insects, wildlife, weather changes, or other natural situations.
To maintain hygiene and prevent the presence of insects or animals, guests are asked not to leave food exposed inside the rooms.
6. Special requirements
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, who will sign all necessary documents
For special activities, Casa Alta may require medical documents, permits, or certifications to confirm the ability to participate safely.
7. Modification of Terms and Force Majeure
Casa Alta reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, notifying guests if applicable.
In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, emergencies), Casa Alta may cancel or reschedule reservations, offering alternatives or partial refunds based on availability and circumstances.
8. Confidentiality and Image Rights
Casa Alta may use images or videos of the facilities and activities for promotional purposes, ensuring the privacy of the guests
No personal information will be disclosed without the express consent of the guest.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Colombie
Any disputes arising from the provision of services will be submitted to the competent courts of Pereira
10. Acceptance
By making a reservation, THE GUEST declares to be fully aware of and to accept these Terms and Conditions, acknowledging their binding and legal nature.
11. Pet policy
Casa Alta reserves the right to request the removal of the pet in case of non-compliance with these conditions.
