In this class, you will learn recipes inspired by Colombian cuisine, using fresh produce from the garden and local producers, ensuring an authentic, seasonal experience connected to the land.

Visit to Marsella, an authentic town

Experience authenticity by exploring the heart of the coffee landscape on a jeep ride through traditional paths of Alto del Nudo.

The journey to Marsellawill allow you to traverse a typical route surrounded by coffee plantations, rural landscapes, and lush nature. In some sections, it is possible to observe wildlife, such as monkeys in their natural habitat.

Upon request, you can have the accompaniment of a local guide, who will share stories, culture, and knowledge of the territory.

Visit to a cacao farm and chocolate process

About 45 minutes from Casa Alta, discover an artisanal cacao farm where you will learn the complete chocolate process, from the bean to the bar.

In this experience, you will be able to tour the farm, learn about cocoa cultivation, and observe the different stages of artisanal chocolate production in a natural and family-friendly environment.
